Learning and Development was created in 2008 to focus on continuous improvement in the quality of work for DG employees. This will prepare employees for future demands of their jobs and keep their skills (updated)current with prevailing market methods by exposure to best practices.
Desert Group training sessions operate from its company Training Rooms or at key external venues that offers the perfect environment for learning. All employees actively participate in theoretical and practical planned classes delivered by quality external professionals or by Desert Group's internal experts. The Group also has a new Technical Training Centre where sessions are delivered for masonry, carpentry, pipefitting, electrical and health and safety.
