Create the highest quality European PGA tour golf course within an exclusive residential estate; comprised of 4 courses designed by world-renowned designers.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Greg Norman PGA 18 hole golf course, Fire and Earth
- Turf Nursery - Complete design and turnkey installation of 10 hectare on site turf nursery, including three grass species such as Bermuda, which is grown in accordance with Manderlay International Golf Course Site Nursery Program certification.
- Erosion control - Installation of windbreak fencing and temporary irrigation systems.
- Full surveying options - Trimble GPS systems combined with state of the art software to ensure point specific installation, monitoring and management of all recourses.
- Bulk earthworks - GPS and laser-guided machinery to ensures accurate and design specific earthworks.
- Shaping - All necessary machinery to carry out course shaping to the requirements of the designer from base shaping through to finishing.
- Course drainage - Supply and installation of all requirements for fairway and feature drainage
- Irrigation - Design and supply of installation system components for golf courses as well as turf, tree and plant nursery irrigation systems
- Golf course features - Supply of complete greens; including irrigation and drainage specifics; construction of bunkers and design build of golf cart paths.
- Specialty features - Supply of natural rock; stream shaping and construction; design and build of rock walls; water features; timber bridges and golf cart paths.
- Course Finishing - Precision laser grading of tee boxes, experienced hands-on tie ins around green complexes and other features as well as all machine finishing of fairways and landscaping areas.
- Course Planting - On site harvesting from turf nursery to guaranteed expert planting techniques from years of experience in the landscaping industry
- Landscaping - supply and transplanting of mature tree species, supply and planting of shrubbery, groundcovers, and bark mulch covering

The Greg Norman Earth Course is a Parkland golf course with natural, densely planted greenery with streams and lakes,
The Greg Norman Fire Course is a Links style golf course with random tree groves and mixed indigenous grasses.
FEATURED PLANTS:
Transplanting of 100's of indigenous trees and flora, salvaged from dunes and demolition projects prior to major earth works and lake construction.
FEATURE ELEMENTS:
Lakes, streams with rock work, waterfalls, walls, colored bark mulch, timber bridges and timber golf cart paths.
