CLIENT BRIEF
Create a minimalist, child friendly garden incorporating 3 main elements namely: Pool and water features, children's play area and entertainment area.
PROJECT DESCRITION:
Pool and pump room:
Heart shaped pool incorporating 2 built in seats with bubble jets and an overhead cascading massage waterfall. The gunnite pool is tiled in turquoise mosaic tiles. The pool is temperature controlled (heated and chilled as desired) to offer all year enjoyment. An underground pump room with doors camouflaged with artificial rock has been custom designed and built to house pool and irrigation pump.
Water Features:
Falaj* water feature built from concrete and clad in a beige render creates a peaceful and informal entrance to the home and garden. The area is further populated with tropical palm trees.
Children's play areas:
Grassy area with a large tensioned suspended canvas shade area to cover play equipment and create a cool area for children to play all year round.
Entertainment area:
Large outdoor seating with state of the art BBQ area covered by a thatched timber pergola with roof fans. Seating and area constructed out of concrete and beige render.
*Falaj: traditional Arabic irrigation system which uses channels to control the distribution of water within villages, farms and agricultural projects.
