CLIENT BRIEF: One & Only Royal Mirage Hotel
Design and build pools and water features as part of an overall landscaping project for the One & Only Royal Mirage Hotel. Initial layouts and design concepts provided by the Client.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
- Detail design and working drawings
- Ground works and formation
- Shotcrete structures
- Complete reticulation services including D.E. filters,
pumps, lighting & electrical services - Fully automated chemical treatment and monitoring system
- Heating and cooling services via heat exchangers
- Finishes, including specialist pool renders, mosaic, ceramic and glass tiling
- Provision of in-water planting boxes for palm trees

- Residence pool: traditional rectangular shape, 500m2 with in-water lay down lounger areas.
